Dr. Sung Jin Park is a smart city expert with two decades of experience in the field. Her journey began as a city planner at the Incheon Institute, where she honed her skills and expertise. Following the completion of her Ph.D. in urban planning and policy at University of California Irvine in the United States, she embarked on an eight-year tenure with Samsung SDS as an IT consultant, specializing in the execution of various smart city consulting projects. In 2021, Dr. Park transitioned to the LG Uplus smart city team and have dedicated to service innovation designs, project implementations, and business developments for Sejong and Busan National Pilot Smart Cities, a prominent initiative in South Korea.S
